Nick it was a pleasure and again big thank you for taking over the repair of my roof vent that wasn’t sealed properly from another roofing company who did not honour their warranty. I recommend anyone wanting to work with a real honest and professional roofing company that knows what they’re doing to go with Lakeshore roofing.

Nick took the time to look at the roof and came in the house to see what I was talking about. Instead of taking advantage of my vulnerability, he reassured me that the roof was in a good shape and that it did not need to be either repaired or replaced, and identified the source of my problem.

As well, the installation was quick and the team cleaned everything after. They also took care of some repairs for me. I would recommend 100% recommend them to anyone.
