The manager at this location (John) is great. The whole team really was amazing. Probably the best customer service I've had in a shoe store. I've been to Foot locker, Browns and Globo in the last couple of months and they don't even cime close to offering service like that.
They will literally go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.
Guys, keep doing what you're doing.
The service is what makes all the difference. -

Hibba kindly greeted me and helped me find the shoes I needed. She was patient and friendly. I highly recommend this store. Excellent costumer service.

(April 11, 2022, 4:31 pm)Excellent service and staff is very knowledgeable. I bought a pair of suede winter boots. The owner told me how to take care of them and even sprayed them down with the protectant spray. A very nice touch most places wouldn't do. Highly recommend.
