Just one thing that bothered me is the black metal box I ordered is classified as an urn....really this in not an urn it’s a container. I admit I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to look at the catalogue, but I honestly thought I was ordering a black object shaped like an urn, also when I went to pick up the ashes the young lady took me into the almost empty room and had not indicated where the ashes were, I thought the red velvet bag with an upright half hidden oblong box was part of the decor, so I sat for 20 mins. wondering when the young lady would return with the ashes.
Apart from that I was very satisfied with the service.
