From the lady who answers the calls and takes the time to ask questions and explains to you the exact fees (no surprises, that's "priceless"!) to the guy that came (we were lucky enough to get the manager and an apprentice) on time and didn't leave until he was absolutely sure that everything was fine, everything was great. While it's pricey, that kind of job always is and these guys were the most reasonable and honest ones, no hidden fees. They sent me the video they took with the camera the day after, and even called to check if I was satisfied. I definitely recommend them, they are the best!

(November 12, 2022, 9:26 pm)Benoit and the staff at Drain Clair are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They came and installed the pipe lining quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them if you have a cracked sewer pipe and don't want to dig up your front yard.

The two technicians Luis and Alejandro, sent to me , where kind , competent ant professional ! They used cutting edge tools and protective equipment. They are very clean, fast efficient with an ever understanding attitude.
To make sure that the job is understood, they were supervised by their very experimented operations director Ricardo , who managed to explain the situation to his team and supervised their work.
I would like to say that I was ripped off by two plumbing companies before reaching out to Drain Clair. Their fees and results speaks for itself.
I will never regret using professional people. They are great and at the end , very economical.
