Advanced SimRacing

I bought a turnkey simulator package from ASR that was installed last week and I absolutely love it! Hugo, Francis, and Marc-Andre were super knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell these guys love sim racing and want to deliver the best quality products with service to match. The pricing was very fair in my opinion and probably the only time I can remember a large purchase far exceeding my expectations. I had iracing, ACC, and F1 22 installed on the sim and it's by far the most immersive experience I've had outside the real thing. It's truly a white glove service experience where all you have to do is ask questions and be there for the seat positioning, other than that, they take care of everything. Thanks for everything guys!

Spoke to the ASR team on the phone and they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My only hesitation for providing a perfect rating, is how long it takes to dispatch items that are in stock when other online shops can dispatch on the same day. My order was placed on January 10. I Received a shipment notification on January 18 with an estimated delivery ETA of January 26.

There are a bunch of items I would really like to purchase and support local businesses but having long lead times to dispatch is not an attractive option. I hope the ASR team can fix this going forward.

I own the ASR 4 and it’s absolutely fantastic. I have recently placed an order for some mounting plates and will be ordering a handbrake and a sequential shifter in the new year. Excellent customer service, great quality products and prompt shipping. Make them your go to sim racing store and you’ll never be let down. Have a great Christmas guys.

Amazing service and extremely fast shipping. I have ordered a couple times now and highly recommend this company. I wish I would have done more research before I stupidly bought my rig elsewhere but will upgrade soon to their newest model very soon.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They usually have stock, they ship super fast and free. They'll send you text updates when your shipment is out for delivery and when it's delivered. It's just so simple to do business with Advanced Sim Racing. On the customer service side, they were able to make a custom order for a single part that isn't normally sold individually when I asked. They probably can't do this for every situation, but it shows that they care about their customers and go above and beyond. Highly recommended
