I went to his store after buying a mattress from another Matelas Bonheur which did not suit me. He took the time to listen to my needs, and was a great help when I tried probably every mattress in the store, many times :P I finally got used to the new mattress he gave me advised, and since then, no more back pain when you wake up! So once again a big thank you, and see you again in 10 years! ;)

Afterwards, he took the time to explain the different mattresses to us. He demonstrated great transparency in the explanations. A great in-store experience

(June 6, 2022, 1:22 am)I absolutely love Matelas Bonheur and this store in particular. The products and great, their staff is extremely knowledgeable, their prices are very good and they never make you feel pressured.
I've been a loyal customer for decades, having bought a mattress and pillows there when I was young and single and another mattress and pillow set years later when I was married. This time I was back with my daughter for a technogel pillow of her own.
I've recommended Matelas Bonheur to dozens of people over the years and I highly recommend them to anyone. I suggest shopping elsewhere first and going to Matelas Bonheur last so you can really appreciate the difference in cost and quality. -

(June 28, 2018, 4:11 pm)We had a problem with our mattress and the whole procedure to get the situation fixed was flawless. The manager took the time to help us and answer all of our questions and they don't try to make up excuses to fix the issue as their competitors.
