He then produces a complete and clear report in impeccable French. In addition, he makes himself available to answer our questions, even if his work is finished. Very professional.

(September 9, 2021, 3:51 am)We did business with Alain Séguin for two inspections, and each time, we can count on him 100%. I recommend it hands down. He is professional, knows his work well, he offers us full support from the moment we contact him, until the delivery of his assessment. He takes the time to explain to us the how and why of certain things during the inspection, answers all our questions, he takes the time at each inspection, in short he knows what he is doing. He prepares us in advance by giving us the documents related to the laws surrounding the building inspection as well as the inspection process, he follows the rules well, gives us a payment receipt at the end of each inspection .
It is certain that I will only deal with him for each real estate purchase in the future.
