Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. We got one guy over here talking about his late flight and his meeting but he’s commenting on West Jet Cargo... this is for cargo. West Jet cargo has been the best to work with. They have not made any errors with my shipments. Their call center will always answer and their staff is trained and know what they’re doing. Unlike Air Canada cargo, West Jet cargo can actually serve you in English or French. Do not ship with Air Canada they don’t care about your cargo. Go with the better trained West Jet
