  I originally went to The Sports Specialists to help heal my ankle after a bad break and then again after a hurt shoulder (both sports related accidents), and Mel & Peter "fixed" me so well that I started calling them both Doc! Recently I decided to give their gym a shot, and I will never look back. They have given me an amazing personalized program and always make sure I do it with proper form for optional health and results, and even their classes are the best I have ever taken (and I have taken A LOT of classes!) Thanks Mel Peter & your fantastic staff, I have found my second home ????

  I have been a member at many gyms and by far this is one of the best out there! The atmosphere is so positive and motivating, thanks to the wonderful instructors and members. The instructors are always able to adapt any movement in a class or in your own personal program to ensure your fitness goals can be reached. They always ensure that you are doing the movements properly. The cardio classes burn tons of calories, and are suitable for any level of fitness. The facilities and equipment are state of the art. I could not imagine a better place to train! Thank you!

When we created The SPORT Specialists inc. in 2000, we wanted to create a place where clients would receive our undivided attention, for the rehabilitation of their acute and chronic injuries.
