After contacting Bianca about customer service to tell her of a recurring problem with a dress bought a few years ago, she suggested I bring her the dress to find a solution. Shortly after she contacted me to inform me that the problem was solved and without charge. Thank you very much Bianca and Joseph Ribkoff Inc. for ensuring that their product meets the expectations of the client. It is a beautiful mark of respect and professionalism.
