(February 19, 2022, 2:03 am)I recently went to Fovea as I had an emergency. I didn’t have an appointment but after telling them what I was experiencing Afaf calmed me down and was able to accommodate me that day. I used to see Dr. Gordon but he has since relocated. I was seen by Dr. Abdou and he took his time with me and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I was very nervous but thanks to Afaf and Dr Abdou and the whole team I left feeling very calmed down. It was very refreshing to get seen right away ( during COVID ) where most offices wouldn’t even let you walk in like that. I would sincerely like to thank everyone in this office for being so accommodating.

(February 12, 2022, 6:25 pm)The optometrists were great but what really makes the experience better is the amazing staff that works at the desks. Afaf was absolutely awesome in helping me pick the perfect glasses . I find that I look horrible in glasses but she was patient and helped me find the right style, she made me feel confident as well as made sure to get my glasses ready as fast as possible. Gabriella that works at the desk was also really sweet and helpful. Happy with my experience!

(July 6, 2021, 5:48 pm)Originally, I was a patient of Dr. Gordon’s, as well as my entire family. We were kindly accepted into the very kind and capable hands of Dr. Charles when Dr. Gordon was ready to hand over his legacy.
As busy as Dr. Charles is, she takes the time to listen to you and offers solutions to problems that may arise. She is always running but that is a good thing. She is driven, she is talented and she makes time to really get to know her patients. Simply amazing!
The added bonus once you’re exam is done is the assistance you get from Maria. She is beyond kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Maria will never pressure you into purchasing something you don’t want or need. She has a way of talking with you about options for frames or lenses that is informative and clear. Maria is humble, honest and down to earth, not to mention funny.
Going to the doctors isn’t always fun, however, it never feels like a cold environment, more like a visit with someone you happened to run into.
