(September 10, 2021, 12:27 pm)Honestly, I never met with Ahmad till I am writing my experience, but what made me choose him is the great review that he has, and he really deserve it . Ahmad is very professional, very knowledgeable, very competitive, and he is very honest on his advises ; from the first minute, he explained all the steps to me, in the beginning I was shopping for a good mortgage rate even before finding a house, and when I found the house, and I had an accepted offer, the conditions were strict to give bank approval within 12 days from the accepted offer, and though he was working on another transaction for me for refinance , but he worked very hard to be able to get me the approval and the refinance 24 hours before the deadline . His effort is greatly appreciated, I highly recommend Ahmad, having all these reviews is not haphazard or by luck; for that reason I choose him, and I am adding one more 5 stars because he deserve it .

I can’t even compare the service I got this month for the purchase of a new property. Ahmad got all the information he need from me day 1 instead of doing all this back and forth. He was so quick and efficient (I wish every service was provided with this kind of care). I 100% recommend him.

(January 9, 2020, 1:56 am)Ahmad is very knowledgeable in what he does as a Mortgage Specialist! I highly recommend him especially if you are a first time home buyer like myself. He is very honest, articulate and tells you everything there is to know, even the hidden facts. Further to that, he is always available to answer questions promptly anytime of the day and in any medium. I was mostly in contact with him via text messages and calls and it worked out really well. His positive attitude and service are a lot better than what I have experienced with other banks that I have approached. Try him out, you won't regret it!
