  The staff is friendly but I feel like I constantly have to run after them. I fell through the cracks for a year…and when I tried calling I never heard back or got an answer. I have been waiting 3 years for a surgery and they keep moving it. They did a follow up Friday for something that is missing which should have been received a month ago. They are not providing great services and causing too much stress. They do not show much compassion especially when a client says that they need to rely on their insurance and can’t pay 5k out of pocket.

  Dr. Mansouri is nice but I am quite unimpressed with his staff. I had to get a lot of work done, and I told the hygienist what my insurance limit was for the year. She checked a book quickly and told me that I didn't need to worry, I would not even come close to that amount. Two appointments later, I checked again with the lady at the reception and I was very close to my insurance limit so I had to cancel my next appointment. Had I not paid attention, the next appointment would have been paid out of pocket (about 500$).

  Today we had a tight tooth removed with odd roothing. This could be done 2 ways. Grab and pull and damage surrounding teeth. We where amazingly impressed by the softness of approach and the delicate calm procedure from Dr Mansouri. If you are looking for a good dentist, hurry, because word is going around of how good he is and there won't be availabilities for new patients soon. Thank for taking good care of my wife Dr Mansouri :)

  Dr. Mansouri nous a reçu en urgence, hier soir. Il a été patient avec mon fils et a répondu a toutes mes questions. Excellent service!
