The service was excellent and they did not charge me to install a battery. The price was literally half of what Apple was going to charge me. You will not be disappointed coming here.

(December 16, 2015, 6:45 am)Great service with new employees! The owner is now back and does the repairs himself. Old employees were thieves and didn't know what they were doing. The prices were great (took 2 phones and an iPad, and got a good deal compared to other places in Ottawa/Gatineau). Overall very satisfied with the new guys!
