There is self defense kung-fu and MMA class and a very strong fight team. So you will find so ething that will suit your needs...stress management, fitness, self confidence, respect... etc

This is when I found and joined the Patenaude family. It has been 2 years now and I am still very satisfied. Patenaude martial arts is the best school in the Outaouais by far. In short amazing down to earth instructors, respectful students and much more are available in this school. -

The Kung fu classes offer self defence methods that apply to real life situations. Best place to get in shape while learning to defend yourself and have a blast doing it!
