(May 23, 2019, 2:10 am)This is such an amazing place to be surrounded by wonderful people. I never thought that Jiu-Jitsu would be something that I would enjoy. I decided to try the 6 week trial and LOVE it! There's no turning back for me. They're stuck with me! ???? The xfit class is also amazing. No one puts anyone down and is always there to cheer everyone on. This place is like a second family to me. Everyone is always there to push you as far as they know you can go. Sensei Mike and the coaches are awesome and I couldn't ask for any better than them. If you want to be part of a great family come and join us I promise you will have a lot of fun and won't regret it!

(May 21, 2019, 7:04 pm)Couldn't ask for a better environment for my daughter to train in self defense. The coaches are wonderful to work with and knowledgeable in their training. Best of all they have a Nack for making you feel like part of the family, even if you are just a spectator or parent.
First time is always free and they have a great deal for the 6 week trial. Don't hesitate to go talk with Sensei Mike, or any of the coaches about the additional x-fit activities they offer as well.
