An outside Gym but not just a gym. No spectators,no jugements, good encouragements, work on your own pace. I have more energy and feel more alive. Don't know how many smiles he had made on a women's face with good results! :) And you can feel it that he love's his job. Makes you want to come back for more !

I first met Frank at a charity fundraising initiative. I won free personal training sessions with him which he had donated. Lucky me! I have not looked back since and enjoy every workout, his creativity, energy and drive to push you to do your best. He is a great contributor to the community here in Aylmer. Have never felt so fit and connected! I highly recommend his services. You won’t be disappointed but be prepared to work and be pushed. That is what you should want from a personal training coach.

You will not meet someone more dedicated and passionate about your health and fitness. Francisco has forced me to push myself and get out of my comfort zone, which has resulted in huge results.

Couldn’t ask for a better coach! Every workout is different and the environment and people are awesome. Since joining in July 2018 my body has transformed where i have lost weight and gained muscle. I’m definitely much stronger then I was before. I highly recommend Frank I am and will be a client for a long time to come!

Frank is awesome! He genuinely cares about his clients. He pushes you to your max and it's never the same workout twice. Bootcamp or personal training, there's something for everyone and he's constantly adding new programs.
