Au moment où j'ai rencontré Annique pour la première fois, je n'envisagais pas recourir aux services d'une doula, mais le hasard fait vraiment bien les choses. Je n'aurais pas pu espérer avoir un meilleur accompagnement avant, durant et après mon accouchement. Grâce à elle, je me suis sentie beaucoup plus en confiance et en contrôle. When I was 30 weeks pregnant I started seeing Annick weekly for pregnancy and labour hypnosis. She was incredible. She guided me through positive visualizations of labour and empowered me with tools to cope with pregnancy symptoms and pain during labour. I had never tried hypnosis before, but had had a long and difficult delivery with my first child and was looking for a more positive and natural experience with our second. My second delivery couldn't have been more different, and I swear that it was because of the mental preparation we had done during our sessions. I would recommend Annick to anyone!
