The inspection is very informative on the peculiarities of the construction techniques of the time and allows to put things in perspective compared to the standards of today, and thus to make an informed purchase. I would not have bought without his submission and the assurance he was able to share. The contract will be given shortly, the work is to come by then I will rewrite for the rest :)
