(October 12, 2021, 11:21 am)On Saturday October 2, 2021, I left Laval for Levis to go and enjoy a superb beautiful day on the Anse bike path along the River. (Levis)
Unfortunately, at the end of the afternoon, my bicycle tire started to deflate and it was in the middle of nowhere. Having no accessories to inflate it and having no one around I had to resolve to quickly find a garage on my GPS.
This led me directly to the levis-lauzon bodywork where when I arrived, 3 people were about to leave with their vehicle because it was closing, which I understood and I said to myself that I was therefore going to contact a taxi to take me back to my vehicle 1 / 2h from this place, unfortunately not being able to move me anymore 😔
Fortunately, after one of them explained my situation, Jack decided to stay and help me out with a super positive and humorous attitude. He managed to make me feel good at a time when I felt so bad bothering him at closing on a Saturday !! 😳. He fixed the problem in 2 minutes and it allowed me to get back on the road and enjoy the rest of the weekend carefree.
Thank you again VERY MUCH, you really are the perfect definition of the VERY GOOD JACK, which is so rare and precious these days, someone who cares about others 🙏
I will be back someday, that's for sure because I never forget kind people.
