(September 29, 2020, 4:16 am)The only place I’m Charlevoix to rent bikes. They have all kinds of bikes at a reasonable price. I took the basic bicycle and it was In good condition. It’s 24km to bike the whole island so 1h15 with no stops. It took me 1h30 with a few picture stops. There are some hills to go up so if you can’t manage, probably better to take a hybrid bicycle. There is a bike path along the whole island so it’s an ideal place to cycle. Also stunning views all around. Open from 9am-5pm. They provide good helmets also for all the users.

(August 2, 2019, 3:13 pm)Tons of fun, we ordered an 8 person quadricycle (6 peddlers, two riders in the front basket).
My 8 year old couldn't reach the pedals, but would sometimes stand and pedal, particularly on the hills. We went the entire way around the island including a few stops for ice cream, bathrooms, water, etc. in about 2.5 hours. It was a bunch of work, but the whole family enjoyed it. We did find that it was easier to have a couple people get out and push on the really big hills.
We went clockwise around the island, and I think that was a good direction. The trip ended with a long downhill, which everyone really enjoyed, and that would be a long uphill if we had gone the other way, I'm not sure if we would have made it if we had to start with that hill. -
