I called a few companies and Snowdon where the only ones that did not try to jack up the price due to the fact it was urgent. They came quickly evaluated the work, gave me a just price and did the work within a few days. System has been runing smoodly, they service it twice a year to make sure all is good. during one of the service the technician found a part that seemed a little fragile. He changed it under warranty and help prevent future problems.

(May 14, 2020, 7:06 pm)Last year during the heat wave, my AC unit gave out on me. I reached out to Refrigertaion Snowdon. I was impressed and thankful for their quick response time. Starting with Mackenzie, the sales representative I spoke with, Pascal, the technician that worked on the unit - their professionalism, expertise and above all friendliness were truly appreciated. Close to a year later, the unit is working perfectly.

I’m at high risk due to kidney failure, and my 92 year old mother in law who’s now living with us is also at risk. It’s greatly appreciated to see people respecting the rules and have consideration for others. Thank your technician Louis Pierre for being conscientious. Happy customers from Pedee Holdings!
