(September 7, 2020, 7:04 pm)I had to purchase a part for my pool heater. After going through the website and finding the part, I needed it shipped. Only options for shipper unfortunately is a courier. Because of this, needing limited quantities of small fairly inexpensive parts can substantially increase the customers cost, (doubled mine). I contacted the store by phone to discuss if there were other options and though there were not for me, they were extremely helpful and understanding. In the end I drove to their West Island location in Kirkland and picked up my part. Again, everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Only reason for the 4 stars is the limited shipping options. Filled out a survey and suggested adding an option for Canada Post shipping, (especially for those clients out of the province of Quebec).

(August 14, 2020, 3:11 am)After their late start to Season, due of course to the pandemic...they were extremely professional and my pool and spa have never been clearer and well maintained.....looking forward to what they will deliver when it comes time to close my equipment down for the Fall.
