(January 10, 2019, 7:47 pm)Some soups are good, others not so great. I find there are too many variations for basically the same type of soup with very little actual difference or taste profile between them.
Does this place qualify as the best for Pho around? Not in my book. But it's good enough that I come back here about once every week or so for lunch. -
