(July 17, 2020, 4:47 pm)I came today for a blood test with appointment and I was surprised because of the good timing on the appointment.
However The ' receptionist' was really confy talking with her friend and really deaf when understanding accents! Come on we are in Quebec! We all have different accents! Learn to lisen if you're in customer services!
After taking my test, the nurse told me that I needed to call again to make an appointment because one of my test had to be taken in other floor. Mmmmmm ok.... so I left and stay in my car to make the call... so obviously it takes long...lunch hour... and I was parked in front of the disabled, and the reserved zone for families with kids... and meanwhile I was waiting I saw that no parents with kids nor disabled people parked there! it was used by the CLSC workers. !!! Just like that!... that really piss me off!!! Here some pics. -
