Super professional service and rather quick to get an appointment. Physiotherapist who popularizes things well and very optimal in the time of the session. Bonus: very friendly :)
Hélène is the 2nd physio I have seen for perineal rehabilitation and it is by far the best. His analysis goes much further than just assessing the strength of the pelvic floor and manages to find where the problem really comes from. I recommend it x1000. She really helped me a lot. Hélène is very attentive and provides outstanding service. She takes the time to fully understand your situation in order to create a rehabilitation plan adapted to your reality; it was super important for me who was never able to follow a traditional training program well. With Hélène, I was able to greatly improve my situation while continuing to live my daily life. Her clinic is welcoming and I cannot recommend her enough. For perineal rehabilitation, it's the only physio I trust!
