(August 10, 2017, 7:24 pm)The windows I have are very nice. They were installed in 2006. They were guaranteed for 10 years. But many of my windows developed condensation before even being 10 years old. That is disappointing. That said the customer service support I have received to fix the windows has been very good. I just recently contacted them to see if they could provide me some paint that matches my windows and doors. The customer service representative extremely helpful and went to great efforts to find me some and deliver it to a location easy for me to get to (to save me delivery costs). I would do business with them again provided they could ensure me that the windows have improved and the warranty was at least 20 years vs 10. Tis because their customer support is so good.
