For my part, I did business with Nathalie Renaud. Very professional. I was liquidator of an estate. So, I used his services because there was an uncompleted transaction in the estate business after which the transaction was a sale. So we were two customers. Maître Renaud always returns his calls within a more than reasonable time. She is very patient because I have never had to sell a property I had a lot of questions. Also, I did not know that the deceased had bought land and that it was on hold (she had to explain it to me several times). The transaction took longer but it is normal it was because of this famous uncompleted transaction which had to follow its course by the way other than the Notary before. She also did me a favor because I'm staying away from Saint Raymond and I had forgotten something at her house and she sent it to me. This without delay and without charge. My mistake she could have but no. My real estate broker has dealt with her too and is of the same opinion as me. Thank you Master Renaud.
