Mr. Lamonde really took the time during the inspection to explain to us what there would be to do on the boulder and also gave us several tips! He explained to us very well the small faults to be corrected from the start and also he guided us very well for the home insurance side. He answered all our questions with great interest in getting us off to a good start with our first home. We feel confident and reassured with the house thanks to these services.
