    We hired Yves as chef at home to celebrate the 50th birthday of a friend. What a pleasant and absolutely worth repeating experience! He allowed us to eat as if we were in a big restaurant (service at the table of plates and also wine!), in the comfort of the house! He cooks on the spot and leaves leaving the place spotless.
    Professionalism, ability to adapt to food intolerances, discretion and perfectly balanced accessibility.
