His role as intermediary saved me a lot of worry and time, in a situation where the seller was difficult to reach and reluctant to communicate certain information. I am now the proud owner of a condo in Old Quebec and I still can't believe my luck: it's a dream come true. By highlighting the property with sensational photos, by writing a promotional text that perfectly illustrated the premises, by skilfully orchestrated visits and judicious advice for accepting the offer; technically and psychologically, she was there from start to finish. My father had a heavy heart to sell his house, but we had peace of mind. Stephanie, a thousand times thank you.

She was very pleasant and explained things well to us, understanding that it was the purchase of our first house. We have retained her services as a buyer's broker.
