The staff has always been friendly and the work to be done in the apartment has been carried out without any problems. No one entered my apartment without permission, no one threatened me. Take into account that nobody tells their good experiences, they only tell the bad ones. If we would add the 5/5 stars from people who didn't rate their experience, I'm sure the average would be on top of 4.5/5.
In short, I had very good service.
