(January 24, 2023, 11:52 am)I said on my contract not to blow snow on the side of the house because I planted fragile bushes there (but it's the only place where I can plant something). The youngest who comes is careful and does an impeccable job. The oldest doesn't give a damn and does as he pleases. I sent several emails and never received a response - in short, the company also doesn't give a damn about its customers. So congratulations to the young man who better go work for a more serious company, because this one does not deserve it.
After posting this 2 star review, the boss came by in person and promised to speak with the employee. So I add a star. -

(January 2, 2021, 11:43 pm)Amazing service!! They went above and beyond today to help us get our car out from a snowbank in the street. I leave every am for work at 4h00 and they've always already passed to remove the worst from the end of the driveway - by the time I get home at 13h, all the snow is gone from the driveway and ready for my car to park. Very impressed!
