(January 19, 2020, 3:44 am)I recently discovered Thai massage at Clinique Aventurine on St-Vallier with Joannie Ménard (she goes to different places depending on the day of the week). This is a truly relaxing and effective new approach to removing muscle pain and relaxing. The massage is done fully clothed (soft) and the position is changed regularly to facilitate the relaxation of different areas. I love it and it really helps me with my muscle tension. I recommend you to try.
