(December 3, 2022, 5:57 pm)It's a very good experience. They are all very nice and answer questions in a pleasant way. I felt very well received and the place is very clean. I totally recommend it. They take your training very seriously, always respecting your limits, but at the same time, always encouraging you to go the extra mile to achieve your goals. I always feel so good after training and want to come back (which I never felt going to other gyms). Is the best place to train!!!

In addition, it becomes easy to pair with a diet because it is only once a week so your body does not ask for a caloric surplus.
