The organization of Cardio Plein air is really great!
Coaches and franchisors really care about sharing the values of health and wellness through outdoor training. The courses and the time slots are varied and the training always takes place with a good mood. The coaches are very motivating and push us to exceed our limits and this, while respecting the limits of each one by proposing variations adapted to all the physical conditions.
