Her dessert was fabulous both visually and gastronomically. In addition to being gorgeous, our wedding cake and cupcakes were scrumptious. What an incredible sense of detail and efficiency!
When delivering the dessert, Carolanne realized that the acrylic tower could not hold the cake as expected. So she went back home to bring another one without even charging us the second tower.
Generous, punctual, competent, respectful and friendly! I recommend his services 100%! In addition, we were treated to a test tasting with champagne to choose our desserts. Absolutely awesome !
