Whether for a request for information, a problem, questions about the heat pump, etc., Mr. Dubé is always available. This is what I have never found elsewhere. I recommend this company 100%.

My first wall-mounted heat pump gave me a good performance for 13 consecutive years without any problems ....

(January 17, 2021, 7:54 pm)We bought a furnace in 2012 and a Bosch heat pump in 2020. We are very satisfied with the work done by Climatisation Dubé. In addition to offering competitive prices, this company stands out for its customer service and compliance with warranties. We had issues with the furnace (8 years after purchase) and these were resolved free of charge. The 10-year warranty (parts and labor) is fully respected by Mr. Dubé.
