(November 10, 2020, 8:39 pm)Two days ago our internet connection was interrupted due to a reason out of Internexe's control. Unfortunately I made the situation worse by trying to fix it the way I used to with our old internet provider (with whom internet was very unreliable and a real pain). They helped me fix the issue promptly and had exceptional customer support, I highly recommend! Also, since we changed to Internexe a few months ago, internet has been great, no problems any more.

(July 25, 2019, 5:55 pm)This revised post comes after Internexe contacted me about my previous (and now deleted) comments. Suffice it to say that any problems I experienced were dealt with courteously and efficiently. Jimmy was exceptional. If you live in rural Dunham, this is the IP for you.
