My spouse accidentally damaged my Squirrel Buster Birdfeeder. I was ready to strangle him. Then I called Sandy to see if I could order parts. She and I had several good laughs and she drained me of my angry thoughts. best of all, she shipped me the parts I needed free of charge!!! The Birdfeeder’s are the best I have ever owned but so is the customer service. Thanks Sandy!!!!

Bought a Squirrel Buster Plus from Brome Bird Care several years ago and loved it from the get-go. I've made several hilarious videos of squirrels flying off of it in vain attempts to figure out how to foil the mechanism. Recently, I had a problem with it, emailed them about it, they diagnosed what part I needed, sent the part with video instructions, and it was covered by their lifetime guarantee. Great attitude, great service, great company and staff.

I was at the local home hardware frustrated with feeding birds and having squirrels empty the feed and destroying the feeders. That is when I found squirrel busters. I bought a classic and brought it home and watched the squirrels not be able to get at the feed. That purchase started a wonderful relationship with this product.Then we bought a peanut feeder and woodpeckers and nuthatches started coming. We now have 3 peanut feeders, 2 minis 2 standards and one classic feeder. For anyone who loves birds these feeders should be your go to product. They are an initial investment but when you calculate the money you would spend replacing one the squirrels have ruined they pay for themselves.The company also stands behind there product.Recently a Racoon got onto the seed buster tray and broke the top attachment. Brome replaced it no questions asked

We have had the feeder for 3 years and it has worked flawlessly. This summer a couple of raccoons broke part of the shroud so it no longer prevented the squirrels from getting access. I called with an issue on Monday and had the replacement part by Thursday at no cost. Excellent customer service.
