Having spent time on farms - no, not prison farms - I have to say I was quite impressed with the size, scope and professional manner it was being run. Unfortunately, it's still early spring, it was raining torrent's and so until I see and sample their produce, I reserve my final assessment until later. Stay tuned.
Update: I've now had the opportunity to sample some of the produce and I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed, henceforth the four stars -
