She takes a personalized approach and shows great interest in the person who comes to see her. It will adapt to your habits and will lead you to change your habits little by little. I already had good eating habits, but Karine gave me the taste of eating better. She gave me valuable tips to maximize my nutrition before my workouts and to speed up my recovery after each effort.
