Chardo - resto & bar à vin

First time here during Covid. The set-up they have is very smart to accept a large turnover of clientele. You order inside, and then seat yourself outside and someone served you your meal. They did have indoor seating options at a 2m distance as well. They have a big kitchen staff so you don’t wait long for your meal, and leave when done so don’t need to wait for any bill. The menu changes frequent from what I heard, and the dishes are made with local ingredients. Every dish we had was fresh and tasty. I would say it’s not cheap for the quantity of food, but was worth the price due to the quality. It is also a very clean place.

We’ve been travelling for 7 days and we’ve been going to restaurants that are in the 75-115$ price range for 2, and this one blew all of them out of the water.

We took 3 starters, 2 main dishes, 2 drinks.

Just one note to the chef, the snails (starter) needed more flavour. But other than that, 10/10

Would go again, no hesitation.

We had an awesome dinner, as usual. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. This restaurant is on the pricier side, but it's worth every penny!

Not knowing Bromont well, we chanced upon Chardo and what a lovely surprise. Fabulous food, beautiful plating, wonderful service. We had a delightful inventive meal.

The service is friendly and efficient, and the food is wonderful. Refined and imaginative dishes without going into 50 different ingredients, the chef makes an effort to use local ingredients and has an excellent sense of pairing and palette. The presentation is beautiful, and the taste is exquisite. The wine selection is varied and interesting, and the beer selection, while being limited, is great. Take someone you love, and have a great evening.
