(June 7, 2022, 3:46 pm)Well let's start with this...it's a big company..but I believe they don't pay the workers more then they deserve...let's face it the workers keep this place going and get over 200 kayaks a day ready to be shipped out and sold...they promise you alot when they how are you but don't deliver..plus it's a place where you do 12 hr shifts witch for a single person or a 21 year old that's great cus you have alot days off two in the week and one weekend out two you have Fri Sat Sun off..but for a family man or woman or for a older person that's alot..stress and work for that person...they should give you option to pick 8hrs -12hrs.....and there it works with work hrs that's how ya level up we can say..lol there's 3 levels of pay rate last level witch is 3 your at that salary for a while after..there is good sides to the company don't get me wrong.. sometimes treats food drinks when it's hot more breaks..but they think we are robots..witch we are not ..! Anyways they always looking for ppl night day weekend's..and when ya night you get your night premium and weekend 5$ an hr ..just don't let them run you ..you pick what is good for your life and the hrs you can do..
