I contacted them with some unusual questions regarding use of ThermoDrains in Europe, which Carolyn researched and responded to promptly. I subsequently placed a rush order for two ThermoDrains on a Saturday afternoon. Carolyn replied to me at 10pm that night and followed up on Sunday in order to get my order out on Monday. I am a very satisfied customer, but worry that Carolyn doesn't get enough time for herself.

(April 13, 2021, 2:10 pm)I am a big fan of EcoInnovation's products, especially the ThermoDrain product. I purchased a home a few years ago and one of the reasons why I chose my builder was because they included a ThermoDrain with the home. It's completely passive, requires no maintenance and recovers and reuses wasted heat energy and has lowered my energy bill. Recently I contacted EcoInnovation for assistance and their customer service is excellent and they truly stand behind their product. I'll always make sure to have a ThermoDrain in my home going forward.
