wonderful yoga teacher! Emilie introduced me to yoga flow and I love it! It is more physical than the other kinds of yoga that I have practiced and it takes me further in my practice.
Emilie suggests several stages for each of the movements, which allows us to have a course adapted to our condition or our differences.
