For us it was important to know what needed work and attention to make an informed decision with no nasty surprises later. He took the time necessary. First by providing a very detailed report and then taking the time to answer all our questions. He gave us the piece of mind we were looking for. We definitely recommend his services and will use him again for our next purchase.
