The professionalism shown goes beyond the definition of the word as the owner is present for every job and really ensures an excellent job, demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail throughout the process, no matter how challenging it was.
Our ducts were very dirty and contaminated, with years of rodent debris, a hard job for any company. The owner stayed working until 9 pm to ensure we had healthy air to breathe. I'm sure he didn't make any money on our job, because he stuck to what he quoted us, and as a single mother, I really appreciated not getting charged hundreds of dollars more to complete the job; as I have no doubt other companies would have changed their price.
Their equipment and technology is top notch. Their disinfectant is safe for children and pets, I did research this prior to proceeding.
The owner is the best! Honest, caring, thorough, you absolutely won't find better. Don't risk going elsewhere as I guarantee you won't get a better job done than with Kentek Inc.
