Everything from the contact call to and including the installation was handled in a very professional and efficient manner. I am very pleased with not only their service but also some usage hints and have already recommended Tradewinds to family and friends.

(May 28, 2021, 10:55 am)I recently purchased a 4 way cassette Mitsubishi heat pump from Tradewinds and I'm extremely happy I did. The on-site estimator was very knowledgeable of what was required for my application and their office staff is prompt and courteous. Their team of professional installers did an exceptional job and their attention detail couldn't be better. I will certainly be using Tradewinds for any of my future heat pump installations and servicing.
I definitely recommend the team at Tradewinds to anyone looking for a high quality product, installation and service at very fair prices. -

The installers were very professional and took their time explaining everything to us. They cleaned up everything when they finished the job. They phoned us a week after the job was finished to see how we liked the system and asked if we had any problems or questions. They said we could phone them at any time. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful! We like the warranty and maintenance program. We would recommend them to everyone. -

(May 15, 2021, 1:08 pm)Tradewinds Eco Energy Solutions provided a no-pressure quote on a heat exchange unit for our property and later installed the unit. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They even applied for the company rebate on our behalf. We are planning to install another unit through Tradewinds in the future. The unit itself (Mitsubishi) is an amazing unit - whisper quiet and very effective. Our only regret is not getting a unit sooner. Tradewinds also offers an extended warranty with annual cleaning. Excellent company and excellent products & services!
