(July 16, 2023, 3:09 pm)I highly recommend Kelly's Flow Yoga business. As someone with several years of yoga experience, I recently started attending her group classes on Saturday mornings after a long break. The fees are reasonable, and Kelly herself is a patient and attentive teacher.
One thing I appreciate about her classes is the diverse mix of students with varying levels of experience. Kelly manages to cater to everyone's needs, even with the varying skill levels in the classroom. She frequently offers corrections to improve our postures, which has been immensely helpful to me.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, her classes provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all. Give it a try!" -
